These terms cover our public website, beiteliyahu.org, and our private reports app. Using either means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Part 1 — Our public website

Information only: The site gives general information about the congregation. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete or free of errors.
Other sites: We are not responsible for sites we link to, including the donation page and social media.

Invitation only: The app is open only to people we invite.
Your account: It is for you alone. Keep your password, two-step sign-in and recovery codes safe, and tell us at once if you think someone else has them.
Use: Use the app only for the congregation's financial administration. Keep what you see in it confidential, including after your access ends. Do not try to get around its security, reach information outside your role, or copy data out of it in bulk.
Reports: Its reports are working views; the congregation's bookkeeping and bank records are the official record.
Ending access. We may suspend or end anyone's access at any time. You may ask us to end yours at any time.

No warranty: The website and the app are provided as is. We may change, pause or stop them at any time. As far as Israeli law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from their use.
Law: These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the courts of Haifa alone may hear any dispute about them.
Changes: If we change these terms, we will publish the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the website or the app afterwards means you accept the change.
